Use the information board to organise articles by categories. Launch communication campaigns through multiple channels including chats, push notifications, SMS and email. Target a particular cohort through segmented contact lists based on student characteristics. All of this is easily manageable by non-IT staff.

You can highlight ambassadors on the homepage so that students can easily find them. It’s easy for volunteers to manage demands and keep track of past conversations. Focus groups can be launched on special topics.

Interactable pages for each club can be created where representatives can be easily contacted. Public group chats for interested students and private chats for members. Announce events and send invitations and reminders with a few clicks.

You can post any info on a dashboard to reach out to your whole community and make it easy for your people to keep posted. Direct management of members and specified cohorts. A user friendly interface for accessing analytics and tends to better understand student needs.
